HVDC Relay is the core component of new energy vehicles. HVDC Relay is widely used in the opening and closing control of automotive circuits, including all electrical appliances such as wipers, windows, and lights. Traditional relays use a current-carrying circuit to activate the switch, thereby controlling the flow of current in the circuit. Most modern relays require only one coil, so they often appear in appliances designed for only one purpose. The purpose of the high ampere signal is to move the output of the second coil of the device forward, which is usually needed to start the motor. Instead, the device is powered by current flowing through three coils. Due to the large coil size, the load is much smaller than what is usually used in motors. This allows a large number of devices to be placed in a small area, thereby reducing costs.
HVDC Relay mainly implements power protection, automation, mobility, remote control, measurement and communication in new energy industries such as automobiles, solar energy, wind energy, charging piles, energy storage systems, and industrial automation.
HVDC Relay needs to have the basic functions of high voltage resistance, load resistance, impact resistance, strong arc extinguishing ability and strong breaking ability. A large number of components are integrated in HVDC Relay. If any component fails or overheats, the relay will fail. It will not continue to operate at the same level, and the circuit will become unstable. HVDC Relay is a high-cost component. Therefore, most HVDC relays only have some basic functions of high voltage relays. One of the disadvantages of HVDC Relay is the limited battery life. HVDC Relay is usually designed to perform hundreds of cycles at low voltage before component failure. The battery may exceed this limit. High-quality relays can cost a lot of money. HVDC Relay companies are also often subject to consumer lawsuits due to malfunctions.
