The key of the high voltage DC contactor is to switch on and off the rectifier circuit at a long distance, often start, stop, reverse and reverse the DC motor connected to the braking system, and also frequently switch on and off the Electromagnetic coil of lifting electromagnets, relays and clutches.

The high voltage DC contactor have two types of structures: three-dimensional layout and flat layout. The structure and principle of the high voltage DC contactor are basically the same as the DC contactor, and the key parts are composed of electromagnetic induction mechanism, contact system software and magnetic blowing equipment.
The electromagnetic induction mechanism of the high voltage DC contactor is composed of a transformer core, an electromagnetic coil and a current coil. Because the fast wire of the electromagnetic coil is a DC power supply, when everything is running normally, it is not easy to cause eddy currents in the transformer core, so the transformer core of the high voltage DC contactor can be made of a whole piece of pig iron or cast steel.
